As MortgageBrokers.com's Chief Strategy Officer Ms. Soloway is responsible for assisting the CEO with creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives within MortgageBrokers.com and its network. Some of her responsibilities includes; a) Portraying company's strategy to every business unit within a corporation so that all employees, partners, contractors understand the corporate wide strategic plan and how it backs into the companies overall goals. b) Driving immediate results within MortgageBrokers.com, whereas the CEO is normally responsible for driving long-term results and providing vision. Ms. Soloway brings with her 18 years of Mortgage experience from operating her own mortgage brokerage firm to working within large financial institutions. Prior to MortgageBrokers.com Ms. Soloway spent 8 years at Home Trust company as VP Marketing and Sales. Her experience within the Alternative mortgage market has been invaluable in creating MortgageBrokers.com's central service desk. Prior to Home Trust Ms. Soloway spent 5 years at TD Bank. She ran the National Broker Services Operation for 2 years.
