As VP Operations for Mortgagebrokers.com, Dong Lee brings expertise in both residential mortgage financing and financial services.

In his role as Senior Manager-Alternate Delivery Channels, for Scotiabank, Mr. Lee oversaw the strategic development of both Scotiabank's mobile mortgage sales team, and mortgage broker delivery channels. In this position, Mr. Lee was responsible for the strategic marketing and development of sales programs.

Before joining Scotiabank, Mr. Lee spent several years as the Business Development Officer for the Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC), where he managed and grew the market share of CMHC's largest lender portfolio. Before specialising in the mortgage sector, Mr. Lee spent several years with TD Bank Financial Group as Manager of Korean banking. Under that position, Dong envisioned, launched and managed the Korean Banking Centre, establishing a multi million dollar referral network with several of the largest banks in Korea.

Mr. Lee holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University and his MBA through Dalhousie University.

A husband and father of three, Mr. Lee served his community through his involvement with the United Way and was a recent recipient of the United Way Hero Award.
